You can find the Command bar just bellow the Address bar and here you can start different activities, depending on the files that are contained in the folder you are currently in. Therefore, if you access a folder with images, you have the option to open the pictures with Windows Photo Gallery, send them through email or Burn a pictures cd.
The Organize and Views buttons are available in every folder and allow you to organize and change the view for the files and folder on your computer.

my new sony vaio laptop froze yesterday. when i rebooted the flip 3d had disappeared and the lower tool bar was background is white. i have tried all the help but cannot find one that fixes the problem.
I am not a computer savy person. i tend to dive in without fear. HElp
